Not as bad as all that.

I lived there for a while and it wasn't half as bad as people are saying.
Seems like most people who reviewed, came to this part of this site, just to write a bad review, hardly any good ones. (Sigh.)
I lived there during the first year of the pandemic, most of the cars were home almost all of the time, and parking was not all *that* terrible even back then.
It is actually *good* that they will let you store stuff inside the garages, some places will not and there are places that even call it a...
"parking space" when it is a garage.
Computers for tenant use in the leasing office were great.
Music in the leasing office was great too.
(Classic eighties.)
About the only downsides there that I saw/heard were the neighbors' whining dog, who was left alone all day in the daytime until someone finally told the neighbor about the dog's almost constant whining, and the garbage compactor being always too full, which was indeed a downside, as people mention.
Other than that it was usually good.
Three out of five for this place.

Lack of security

My vehicle has been broken into twice in a two month span. This is occuring in the paid permit parking lot on apartment property directly in front of my building. There are no security cameras, nor have I ever seen a security patrol car.

Terrible Parking and owners. Great staff.

Having lived there for a few years I'll give a compehensive review: first the good: awesome staff and maintenance! They are great people that truly care about the tenants. On good days, the complex looks clean and nice. The package and mail system is cool; they use an Amazon Hub which mostly works great! The apartments have AC which is really great!
The bad: the parking is terrible!! The owners are terrible. Their policies are designed to nickle and dime their tenants. They have very small...
garages to rent taking up precious potential parking space so they can maximize profits. If you have an average size pickup, it probably won't fit in the garages. You pay to park in normal spots, however the spots aren't reserved. If you come home after 5 PM from work, you'll be parking on the street. The garbage compactor is constantly broken so people set their garbage next to the compactor. After a day, there's a huge pile of trash and honestly it makes the place look terrible; it makes it embarrassing to bring guests over. Guests really can't park there anyways because it is paid for parking, and there won't be any spots for them to park. The rent is constantly going up along with the monthly HOA/utility charge everyone gets (which includes HUGE fees to the company managing it). They are unfair with who gets to reserve a parking spot. Management says we can't reserve a parking spot but suddenly I see someone new is reserving a spot. The pool is a gimmick along with the exercise room. If I could go back in time, I would not choose to live there because of the parking problems alone.

Run Away, Don't Rent Here!

Let's start this off by saying I have lived here for 5 YEARS! This place used to be great but that's not the case anymore.

Office Staff: Since Covid stated, it has been a revolving door of new faces who don't care about the residents. Communication is zero. They never answer the phone. Staff is so friendly showing new renters around but goes missing for anyone currently living here.

Parking: Parking has always been a struggle. Most people have to park on the street, and up the hill next to...
The Retreat at Fox Hollow if they come home after dark. If you have an over sized car (normal truck) you will barely fit in the new parking lines they drew a few years back. They "added" an additional spot to each row but made it impossible to open your car door.

Pets: Yes this place is dog friendly. The "dog park" though ... is a gravel pit. When the snow killed the grass, they decided to put down a thick layer or gravel about 2 years ago. During winter it becomes a sheet of ice, dogs slip and hurt themselves. During summer the gravel is hot and burn paws. The fence to get in used to be a double gate so you could let your pet off their leash. One broke about 4 years ago, was never replaced.

Maintenance: The only 5/5 starts this place can get. The guys are here everyday working and always helpful

Terrible place to live

Management team is a joke, they are no help. Parking is a nightmare they don’t check to make sure people are allowed to park in lot. People are allowed to fill garages and not park in them. Received a ticket for having to park on the road due to no parking in lot. Fees that don’t help anything, dog poop everywhere, insect issues, dirty parking lots and grounds. Complex recently had to be sprayed for cockroaches. I’ve had to file multiple complaints about neighbors screaming and fighting.... Multiple residents have been evicted for being loud, dirty, and drugs. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
