We have lived here 6 years and enjoyed our time here. The maintenance team is awesome. And Anthony in the front office did a great job helping us. Would recommend. T

The property management has been a nightmare the entire time I have lived here. There’s been multiple instances of maintenance entering my apartment without notice for non emergency situations. Management is usually unresponsive. Most recently they added a bunch of fees to my ledger in error and have refused to take them off until after I pay them with the rest of the rent because their portal doesn’t allow you to pay any less than the full amount due. I moved in May 2024 and I have had nothing but BAD EXPERIENCES in the last month!! Upon moving in, I was told that the pool would be open by mid June because of being short staffed. It is now July and still no pool... I lived here for one week and TWICE a leasing agent walked into my apartment for no reason- once on Memorial Day when the leasing office was closed and the following Sunday, again when the office was closed. When I asked the office about this, they told me that this was NOT an... employee. ( I later found out that it was) So I was scared to sleep there for the first week, because I thought someone was trying to break in.
Then I soon realized that my dishwasher was not installed, It was simply placed in the hole in the kitchen. I had to pay someone to install it. About 2 week after moving in, I realized that my AC was running nonstop and not getting cold. I put in a maintenance request and about 10 days later a maintenance man showed up and stayed for 2.5 hours. I thought that my problem was fixed, but it had just begun... As soon as I got home, I turned on the AC only to find that my HEAT was now on when I turned on AC!!! I called the office right away and I was told that no one had been in my apartment. I have cameras so I saw the maintenance man in my apartment!! I have now called the office more than 4x and emailed 3x. NO ONE WILL HELP ME AND ITS OVER 100 degrees in my apartment!! I am beyond upset. I finally bought an AC unit to put in my bedroom just so I can sleep at night. THESE PEOPLE JUST SIMPLY DON'T CARE!!! THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. First impressions tells you everything, and if you forget the second impression is there to remind you.

Kenan answered one email with generic details and answered a couple of questions. My wife sent 3 follow up emails looking for information and it was radio silence (no one reply or acknowledgment).

My buddy was going to Denver the following week and offered to check the place out. Here's the second impression. You will see pictures online of these apartments all updated and honestly pretty... nice. INFACT that's not the case. They brought my buddy into an apartment that was right out of the late 80's. Kitchen cabinets were brown (that old dingy brown), draws wouldn't open/close without effort, old medicine cabinets in the bathroom with a bunch of rust, sliders that didn't close tight, and to top it off the unit AC didn't work.

I just moved in and I absolutely love this property. The staff are all so nice, maintenance is really helpful and on top of work orders, and the community is kept clean. The apartments are a great size and really cozy. You won't make a mistake moving here!
