Originally built in 1885 during the silver rush, the Tabor Grand in Leadville, Colorado was a prestigious hotel, and had many famous guests including Molly Brown and Doc Holiday. Renovated in 2015 to preserve... its Colorado history, the Tabor Grand is now home to 37 one- and two-bedroom income-restricted apartments, while street-level shops occupy the ground level.

These newly renovated apartments feature kitchens with maple cabinetry, electric range and dishwasher. This pet-friendly building has shared laundry, elevator access and 24-hr emergency maintenance.
