I really wanted to love this place, but that unfortunately did not happen. Let's start with the High Turn over in Management. It was difficult to keep track of who was in charge in the 15 months we were there. There is also the issue with smokers, in a non smoking community. It's fine and all if they go the recommend feet away from the building, but most smokers would do so openly on their patios which would just permeate the upstairs apartments. I don't think a day went by we did not smell… cigarette smoke. Next is the homeless. From smoking crack behind the dumpsters, or digging through the dumpsters, there wasn't a day we didn't see them. It's gotten much worse in recently. We've called and stopped by a few times to voice our concerns but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. We called the security and watched as no one ever showed up to investigate our complaint. Just seems like no one knows what is going on here and its toted as this First Class apartment complex and falls far from it. The service team were great to deal with and small problems were typically fixed right away, but everything else just didn't help. Some of the neighbors are some of the most disrespectful people. Would HIGHLY recommend looking else where. So many more things were wrong with this place but most of them fall out of Managements purview. Read More

My dog and I have really enjoyed living here so far (a little less than a year). We like the location, being slightly offset from the cute downtown area, while still close enough to walk. The office team are all super friendly, and welcome us by name when we come in to visit for a dog snack, which is a nice and thoughtful touch that my dog looks forward to greatly. They always try to stop and pet him and say hello, and he absolutely loves getting attention from them! I have felt safe within our… community walking around frequently throughout the day & night, and often see the police or the security cars patrolling through, which is awesome. I have never lived in an apartment before...even in college. I love it! I love the amenities; I love that downtown Littleton is just a mile from there, and I can easily connect to the running paths. The 12 days of Christmas was impressive. I manage an extended stay hotel, and we will do that for our guests next year...it was so fun! Thank you! Andra

I received a very good support for all the staff to know about the appartments, they always are very open friendly for any requirement. I'm happy living here.
