How Is This Rating Determined?

10/17/15

From a former resident

This place lets almost anyone in! Made me feel very unsafe living there to have druggies, alcoholics and even child molesters living right next to you! People were always playing loud music, kids crying, staff talking loud early in the morning. Your freedom is restricted in that you can't have any type of pet, you can't have guns (I snuck both of these things in anyway. Suckers), you can't put anything on the outside of your apartment door, some people have to share bathrooms and kitchens and... laundry rooms with complete strangers. Barely anyone who lived there had a future or goals, some were rebellious teens, others wouldn't stop having kids. Staff is constantly asking you to give them more money and to work more for more money and are pretty rude. They done a poor job screening people. This is homeless housing and base rent off your income but once you start getting an income they want you to keep increasing the rent money. Car vandalism in the parking lot. Residents talking to themselves or walking down the hall naked. It's a zoo there. But it's better then nothing.
