Prime Location

I love the location of these apartments. It’s close to get onto I25 and being near the reservoir and so much outdoor space is amazing. The apartment layout has ample storage and the staff is easy to work with

Great Place!

The amenities at this property are great and the staff is very friendly. The neighborhood is very quiet as well. Bonus, it is located next to Union Reservoir.

Terrible Staff

Staff turnover is high and the office employees are quite rude. I wouldn't rent here if resident service is at all important to you.

Beautiful community and area, but can nickel and dime you to death.

Union Pointe is a beautiful residential community and the area is peaceful and pristine. I found the staff to be helpful and courteous. However, I rated this Residential Community only 3 Stars because I would never live there again. I find some of their non-rental "charges" to be a stretch. I felt that they nickel and dimed me to death. As only one example, when I moved out I was charged a $10 Move Out Fee, and was charged $35 for a toilet seat (which is typically considered normal wear... and tear). And that was after I paid a Professional Cleaning Service to clean the apartment. It was spotless when I left.
