The community is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, and the positive experience I had when moving in has continued throughout my time here. Sean and Angela were incredible to work with, professional, patient, and consistently kind throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to answer questions and make my move-in experience smooth and organized.

Since then. the entire team, including maintenance, has continued to provide excellent... service. Work orders are handled promptly, and everyone is courteous and professional. It's rare to find such a welcoming and supportive team. I truly appreciate everything they do to make this a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable place to call home. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a positive living experience.

Maintenance is a huge issue.

Luxury prices for falling bricks and a pool that “heat pump” has been out for over a year. If they took care of the property and amenities we pay for it would be 5/5 no question.

As for the stone work, that is also in the bidding process. I truly hope your... experience outside of these items reflect well, and if you ever want to get information on how we are resolving issues, please don't hesitate to reach out directly to us, I'm always happy to discuss how we are improving the property! :)

While we truly love the unit and location, had we known we were going to be dealing with multiple continuous functionality issues nearly 3 weeks into our lease, having to delay our move and cancel a U-Haul because the unit wasn’t ready for occupancy, and that we were going to have to deal with contractors in and out dirtying up our new home, we absolutely would have rented elsewhere, and now that management has made clear they have no hesitation lying to a customers face and that they lack the... professionalism to own their mistake, there will be little, if any, trust around what is said and done by the team. They had an opportunity to build trust and their unwillingness to be a professional and be honest about the situation shows a complete lack of character. This is more destructive to the success of your asset than you can imagine.
