I'm highly disappointed that there is no recycling for our units. Residents are changing their oil in our parking lots and leaving oil spills in the parking lot. We have to walk through thr mess into our units and constantly clean our shoes off

I apologize that you're disappointed in your experience. We have gotten confirmation & reached out to the residents accordingly regarding the vehicle work in the parking lot and this has since been stopped. Unfortunately, due to the... recycling not being separated properly by tenants, ultimately the recycling could never be picked up and therefore, we have decided to move forward with standard trash pickup. If you'd like to reach out to me directly, I'd be happy to send you some information on some recycling businesses local to the area, I'll leave my email below.
