not moving anytime soon

my wife and i love living here. we currently stay in the (steamboat) and just renewed our lease for another 13 months. the main reason for renewing is the maintenance manager zach pietlock. he keeps everything running smoothly and keeps the grounds clean and clear. his team are always busy working to keep everyone happy and keep everything tip top.

from a management side josie miles has her finger on the pulse of the community and knows whats important to people. she was out first point of...
contact as a leasing agent so when she got promoted to community manager we were delighted.

the newest member of the team lily made renewing out lease and getting a garage seamless and then when i told her i wanted an upgrade she guided me through the process.

all in all its a fabulous place to live, its safe, clean and right on the RTD.

bring on the next 13 months!

Staff is very helpful.

The process of moving into a unit at this property is as painless as it can be. Josie is beyond helpful and made it her goal to ensure I was able to get into the specific unit I had initially wanted despite technical difficulties. I have been living here for about a month now and I am more than happy with my decision to rent with at this property. I have also used maintenance once and they responded to my request within hours of putting it in. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking... for an apartment that surpasses those in the area while remaining affordable.

Car broken into and then stolen on two different occasions

I almost never leave reviews, good or bad, but this felt very important. I will preface this review with saying that the maintenance team was AMAZING. The grounds and apartments themselves are also very well maintained! These apartments have potential, but truly that amounts to little compared to the safety of yourself and your belongings, which is a lot less certain in this complex unfortunately.

I disregarded many of the reviews about safety since I would consider myself to be pretty savvy...
when it comes to personal safety/awareness. We even rented an apartment with an attached garage just in case! I was absolutely incorrect to downplay other reviews about safety/security.

My car (Hyundai Tucson) was broken into at 4 months into my lease and then actually stolen 6 days before almost making it out of this complex. I do not leave any belongings in my car and always lock my vehicle. I think action, more than the few hours of security patrol currently happening, and transparency from management would go extremely far for residents and potential renters.

Break-ins

Not only has the apartment been broken into, but so have the cars. My boyfriend's car has been broken into and vandalized at least four times. My sister in law's car has been vandalized as well. Management does not care, and has been very rude to my family several times. In addition to this, there are hidden fees in excess of any other apartment I've lived at. Before moving out, I had to purchase cameras for personal safety. If you want to move here please do more research!
