Do not rent here
Worst apartment I have ever lived in. Management worked on my apartment when I wasn’t home and left the key in the door, wide open, and then left back to the property office. Came home to my door wide open with no one there. No insulation, windows would collect frost and drip water on my carpets when it would snow. Also, severe ant problem. Many other properties worth your money

buildings are falling apart constantly
both of these buildings have been negligibly maintained for a long time. Sewage flooding, mold, faulty systems galore. One hot water heater for all 8 units means you will constantly get scalded with water in the shower. Faucets require 5 full minutes of wasting cold water while waiting to get hot water. These buildings are in near disrepair.
