    AWFULLL

Wish we could leave NEGATIVE stars!

During the winter, no plowing! When they did plow they did one loop around the parking lot and shoved the snow into the back of the residents cars so we couldnt get out, NO salting or shoveling of sidewalks. Maintenance is slow as hell put in a request to fix our toilet and no one came for 3 days, we had to use the restroom elsewhere the whole time. During the spring/summer they dont mow the TINIEST grass spots ever so if your dog by chance poops in the
grass you cant really pick it up without ripping the grass out in order to get all of the poop. That is if your dog will poop there, because they dont even have enough room to do their business. Also, you get fined if you cant pick it all up; they DNA test the poop to fine you. AND when you pick up the poop you cant even throw it away in their trash cans because they RARELY come around to rake the trash out to where all the the residents poop bags are OVERFLOWING onto the ground. The trash cans aren’t even near the grass area where dogs poop. The entire community only has dog poop stations once every block so by the time you walk back to pick the poop up, you’ve lost it. IF THEY CANT DO THEIR JOB KEEPING UP WITH AMENITIES WHY SHOULD WE KEEP UP WITH PICKING UP POOP??!! Let alone the fact that we pay the same amount as their sister property but have 0 of the amenities and cant walk over to use the amenities at the sister property. AKA office, gym, dog park, dog wash. They even marked my emails as SPAM so we could never get ahold of them unless we called, which even then they had horrible attitudes and customer service. We called about our deposit refund 3 times and they said we would receive our check by the end of the month (probably just to shut us up) because then the end of the month came and we only got a LETTER saying when we will actually receive the check… We needed our money and kept getting strung along the entire time. Complete GARBAGE company never renting here again, NEVER recommending them.
