Horrible management and nonexistent maintenance and management

Save yourself the headache and do not move here. I submitted an urgent maintenance request for a broken washing machine over a week ago, A week later, it remains completely unresolved. What makes it worse is the lack of communication from management, they ignore emails, calls and portal submissions.

We pay full rent for working amenities, yet management feels no urgency to fix basic household essentials or even provide a simple status update. Expect ZERO accountability and radio silence the… moment you need actual help or repairs. Avoid this property if you value BASIC customer service and working appliances.

Excellent Property

My partner and I have lived at the Ridge for over 6 months now. We have continuously been impressed by their clear communications, upkeep of facilities, activities that they plan for the complex that allow us to stay safe but still engage with one another (ex: holiday door decorating contest), and the standard of our apartment. Additionally, the Ridge is located very close to anything you may need. We have loved living here and are so glad we made the decision to make the Ridge our home.
