Had spoken to someone via email days prior to coming in to visit and them telling me the tour is all set and ready for me to come in that day. Just to arrive and they say they weren’t informed there were any tours scheduled that day and no keys were left behind for them to show us around. Highly disappointed and unsure if I want to give a second chance.

Our air conditioning unit has remained inoperative since August, despite our diligent efforts to work with the maintenance team to fix the issue. We have submitted multiple work orders, made numerous phone calls, and sent several emails. The leasing office has, on multiple occasions, deferred the issue by "promising" that it will be fixed and offering little to no solution or any follow-up.
Over the course of the past two months, our energy expenses have doubled, as we have had to rely on a... portable AC unit to mitigate discomfort during hot weather from August through October.
In our communication with Gus, it is extremely disappointing to report that we have encountered a lack of action. Our requests for a definitive timeline for repairs and compensation for the surge in our utility bills have been met with disregard, as ALL emails to this effect remain unanswered.
Not fixing a maintenance issue within a three month time period is not in a "timely" manner.

This was a fantastic place to live for the five years we were there. The facilities are maintained well and the staff is super friendly. We were warned by our neighbors that as soon as we decided to move, things would go downhill quickly. We didn't believe them, but they were right. We moved out at the end of November and we still can't get our deposit back. They charged us for part of December even though our move out paperwork was dated November 30th and all keys were turned in on... November 29th. Sad to see a great facility treat people like this.
