Whenever I’ve had any issues or questions the management is always quick to answer and feels dedicated to making their residents lives less stressful. Maintenance answers fast and takes care of issues timely and there’s never been a night I haven’t been able to find parking. A solid place to live

For the price, I guess its okay of a place to live. However, don't expect management or maintenance to do anything. The pool is constantly closed. My AC broke and instead of fixing it, they put in a window unit that struggles to keep my unit under 80 during the summer. Better off looking elsewhere in my opinion.

this place is a dump. ***The only reason they have a few good reviews is because they send a email out every couple of months asking people to post good reviews for a chance to win a gift card. Scummy.*** between the cramped apartments that are way over valued and the disgusting property this place was a nightmare to live at. they find ways to nickel and dime you to meet their current rent prices if you got a unit at a cheaper price. all the windows and appliances are extremely old and... inefficient. they put the thermostat on the same wall that the washer and dryer are up against so when you do laundry you cant use your AC or heat because will cause it to stay on or not turn on depending on if you need heat or ac. my vehicle was vandalized the first week i was there. you have to pay for parking in the parking lot you already pay rent for even though there is are cars that have no plates that sit there taking up spots. there are always loose dogs and homeless people wandering the property. the inside of the apartment has no storage in the kitchen for food, only space for a few dishes. all the lighting, toilets, appliances are so old and waste your electricity and water. they make you pay for the electricity for the lights they installed on the outside of the building that always stay on. they have constantly raised our trash collection prices and other fees to make sure that we were paying the highest price they had listed for a unit. I'm telling you do not move into this crap hole. you will not save any money, in fact you will waste more. we kept our thermostat at 68 in the winter and our bill was consistently 130 because its so poorly insulated. there is dog poop everywhere and no enforcement for owners to pick it up. The new owners have leasing agents that don’t respond for weeks. Don’t bother wasting your time.

I just moved in so I haven’t been here long but everything has been great so far. Kathy was very helpful with getting everything set up which was very nice since I was “blindly” moving in from Texas. The apt is bigger than I thought with nice open rooms and everything was clean when I arrived. Parking hasn’t been an issue, the amenities are well maintained, and there are plenty of walking trails and parks close by.
