Great Location

The apartment complex is nice and affordable based on other choices in the area. The proximity to a grocery store and an amazing park was just one reason I chose West 38th. The staff here goes above and beyond. Things in the area that were important to me, Safeway next door, Starbucks next door, Walgreens up the street and a BIG park Crown Hill Park tons of open space, trails and restrooms - less than 5 minutes down the road. A great place to get out to for walks, biking etc.

There are...
several restaurants in the area as well. A Target is only 3.2 miles down the road if that is important. You can walk across the street from the complex and there is a small park and a school with lots of space to walk your furry friend. Overall this place is great if you do not want to overpay for similar complexes in the area but still be close to Denver and the foothills.

Home Sweet Home

I've lived here for a while, and I wanted to recognize the outstanding job Christine and Kayla have been doing as the new property managers. They are always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever residents need assistance.
Since taking over, they've continued to add value to the community and have been proactive about making improvements. One thing I especially appreciate is the addition of more security cameras throughout the property, which helps residents feel safer and shows...
that management is invested in the well-being of the community.

Absolutely Lovely!

My husband and I LOVE living here! The building and apartments feel very clean and safe. The staff is amazing- they are super friendly and great at communicating with residents. Maintenance issues are taken care of very promptly and you can tell that maintenance and staff genuinely care about the building. Parking is worth the price. And the pool and other common areas are so beautiful!
