No loud noise or disturbances are permitted, with a strict 10:00 pm noise curfew. This is not a party house, and renters need to be quiet and respectful of their neighbors and their privacy. The homeowners association does not allow guests to have pets, and there are fines for not following the rules. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $200 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No parties or events are allowed.
