Bad customer service and bad professionalism (Nicole)

just spoked to the lady in the office (nicole), I asked her if they had any apartments available and she answered no, so I asked if by any chance she knew when there will be and she answers, "in a bout 3 to 5 years". Thanks alot "nicole" for your professionalism service. -BAD-
