I have lived there for 2 years. First year was okay however second year was a horrible experience.
First point is the management; unfortunately they have extremely lack of communication skills and are ignorant. I tried to communicate on several issues, i.e. parking spot, hot water/heating issues etc, however I had no solution and had very condescending conversations which were very unpleasant. At the end, they cut down some money from my security deposit which I thought not fair, but I had no… hope or energy to call them, cause I knew that I won't be able to communicate with them.
Second point is the environment. Unfortunately, load music and marijuana use are very common if you are sensitive to those. Safety is quite concerning as well, last year I witnessed a person who lived next to us arrested in the middle of the night due to family violence; hearing all voices and subsequent police intervention was scary. The other experience was even worse, there was a large raid happened in the middle of the night by the police, they forcefully entered in one of the units, it wasn't different than any Hollywood movie however not preferable to watch in real time! No one explained us what/why those happened in the middle of the night which comes back to lack of communication with tenants.

I have tried to email the owners of the apartments and expressed the all concerns, unfortunately no one even responded or took action.

Finally, I wouldn't rent this place again and strongly recommend to not rent any apartment from them. I think the rent is relatively better compared to other apartments around however there are some MAJOR trade offs which I explained explicitly above.

P.S. Probably the property will respond to this and say “we are sorry for this experience and please call us to resolve the issues.” I TRIED many times, unfortunetely no solution or good experience came out from that.
