Awful

“Renovated” apartments are just cheap materials put over existing structures.
Management doesn’t respond to you.
Garbage all over the lot.
Packages get stolen.
Dog poop all around building from people that don’t pick up after their animals.
Don’t do it.

Horrific

Not only are there bug infestations, there is also limited parking, packages stolen, loud tenants, cops are seen weekly within the building, and zero response time on issues within your apartment. If you have an issue with your apartment such as windows that don’t seal (remember you pay utilities) or a water leak, they are NOT taken care of completely. Not to mention the air ducts in your apartment blow out dust. So much you will need to vacuum and dust at least every other day. The dust will... cause allergies you’ve never had along with lung issues. I truly wish I never moved here. This place needs to be stopped taking advantage of their residents and start caring about those who live here.

Bug problems

True slum. All types of bug problems from flees, bed bugs and centipedes. Ask tenants about problems. Staff are very rude and inconsiderate.

Bug problems, slum

Bug problems like flee bed bugs. It's a slum. Located about a mile away from the beach. Property manager and staff has no integrity and are rude. Not only infested with bugs, but with drugs also. Constant drug activity and packages will be stolen. If you don't believe comment ask any resident.
