This was the worst place I have ever lived, the ceilings had growing water stains that the management company refused to correct. Apartment was worn down. This management company is filled with empty promises and lies. This units are outdated they will only do the bare minimum if anything.

They have you fill out a form when you first move in for existing damages to unit and appliances. When I moved out, they tried to charge me for previous damages to unit. They replaced to Sliding glass door and tried to blame me for the damages to the wall and molding from the installation which was clearly their fault. They keep your entire security deposit. They don't have any granite countertops as they advertise, but they do have worn out dirty musty carpets, flooring pulling up. There is... nothing luxury here other than the bill they try and send you after you leave.

These apartments are horribly maintained . They have worn out carpets and flooring that smell and have mold on them. They paint over the mold and call it updated.

This place rents units with moldy central air duct and vents. Musty worn out carpets and flooring pulling up. Waters stain all the ceilings. Management will refuse to correct issues properly. Horrible place to rent from. Nothing is luxury about this complex. Live here if you want all of your personal belongings ruined.

Everything is really well thought of. There are fans and lights in all the rooms. The fixtures are brand new and of premium quality. The views are breathtaking. I cannot emphasize how good the leasing staff is. Extremely helpful and approachable.
This is clearly the best apartment I have rented in this side of CT so far.
