pets

The complex is listed as no pets but all i hear is constant dogs barking, it seems like a lot of people lately have been getting dogs, big and small. very annoying to wake up to the sounds of annoying dogs barking constantly.

We have been here 3+ years and extremely happy. Office staff is great and responsive, maintenance staff is just outstanding, five stars! Quiet, friendly and safe community.

A place you can Truly call Home

I’ve lived here at Johnny Appleseed for about 5 months now and I have to say I couldn’t be any happier with my apartment. I love coming home everyday and look forward to it. Ceiling fans are really nice along with the big bay windows in the living room. Apartment also comes with washer and dryer, food disposal, dishwasher, microwave and wall to wall padded carpeting. They are really sealed, insulated energy efficient apartments. And with heat included it’s a no brainer. Very happy here thanks

Maintenance Crew

The maintenance crew at Johnny Appleseed's are a good group of guys. They are respectful, friendly and always willing to help. I never worry about them entering my apartment to complete a maintenance request when I am not present. Val always goes above and beyond to make sure that all is taken care of. Just today he made a point to come up to me and apologize that my heat wasn't working as he thought it was when he left. In the end he made the necessary adjustment and all was good. What I was… most impressed with is that he took the time out of his day to extend such a kind courtesy to me and apologize for it. Courtesies like that don't happen often and I greatly appreciate when they do. This is my way of saying thank you for making my experience here a positive one!

Freshly Renovated Apartment!

So far I've lived here for a month an am a content renter. When I moved in the entire apartment had been recently redone; everything from carpets and linoleum floors, to brand new molding, even as far as brand new kitchen counters, counter tops and appliances! There was an issue with a leaky shower that was fixed very quickly when I asked.

The only thing that they need to work on is their laundry facilities as they are outdated and you always need to pay twice to get your clothes dry.

Other… then that I'm looking forward to living here for the next year!
