Don’t Move Here!

Whitney Towers used to be a nice place to live and now it’s basically a dump. There is constantly something in need of repair in my unit, the HVAC system is barely functional and always stops working on the hottest days and the rent is being raised every year despite the fact that there are zero amenities and zero updates to the units! Now on top of everything else I saw a roach crawling in the hallway today! Do yourself a favor and don’t move here!

Love It Here

I moved into the Towers in August 2023 and have been very impressed and happy with the experience. Mgmt has contacted promptly when I reached out regarding some minor issues. Very safe and secure. No complaints at all

The Best Place to Live in Hamden

Whitney Towers exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect. Rich, the super takes pride in keeping the building in excellent running order. The grounds are manicured and the inside of the building is always clean. I would HIGHLY recommend Whitney Towers.

Rich Puts the Super in Superintendent!!

I have been a tenant at Whitney Towers in Hamden for several years. It is a great place to live. The grounds are beautiful. The interior resembles a five star hotel. Rich, the superintendent is always making sure everything is running smoothly. It is worry-free living at its best.

Fantastic Place to Live :-D

Whitney Towers is a fantastic place to live! The apartments, common areas, and grounds are very well maintained. Rich, the superintendent is phenomenal and is always proactive if an issue arises. In addition, management is easy to work with. Also, neighbors/other tenants are very respectful.

As a resident of Whitney Towers for many years, I can confidently say this is a fantastic place to live.
