I’ve lived here for 2 years—it’s new, clean, quiet, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need (washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, central AC & heat, big beautiful windows that allow for lots of natural light, conveniently located trash and recycling room, amazing fitness center and laundry room in the basement, and street parking as well as optional garage parking which is totally worth the monthly fee). Also, the maintenance crew at Pratt St. Apts is the BEST!! The portal... is really convenient and user-friendly, and the response/service provided was incredibly prompt, professional, and useful! My issues were resolved the same day and I was notified via text when the work order was completed. I appreciate them so much!! Read More

I don't usually say things like this, but 99 Pratt is a really great community to live in!

Apartment management & maintenance are quick & responsive to fix the minimal problems that come up.

Neighbors are very respectful, kind, and supportive.

For a city, it's quaint and quiet unless there's an event going on. There are events for all different types of people - food truck festivals, music, pop up artists, XL Center & Yard Goats Stadium for sports.

The units have high ceilings, new... appliances, everything looks great and good condition.

Have nothing negative to say except maybe the lack of windows, but I think we all manage. Read More

Area manager put me on hold after telling me you’d better make up your mind prices are going up. Five minutes later a dial tone. Never received an answer to my question to make a decision. She never called back.There is so much to say not worth it. I’m still moving in. It just can’t get any worse. Lexington is a great property management company. Not sure what happened at this property. I literally felt like I was at a used car lot.I have to hope there will be a change in local management... eventually. Read More
