RUN as far as you can
There’s so many things I can say about this property. Main one being they do not care about their tenants or uphold their end of the rental agreement. Property is basically over ran by nice inside AND outside the building near the trash cans. There’s only two trash cans for almost 100 units to use weekly.. your car can AND WILL be broken into and possibly stolen over here. They don’t pay their trash removal services so trash won’t get picked up. I could literally go on all day. Save your money... and search elsewhere the headache isn’t worth it. It isn’t gated, the gate has been broken for the past 6 months. Livable city is constantly called in the winter for them leaving tenants without heat.
