I would like to thank very much Angel who is always quick and very caring with peoples problems. He is a big asset to your company .
You need more people like him on board. Very caring very fast to help a problem. You need to take very good care of him. You need to appreciate a good worker and take good care of the valuable person. Raise his salary . He deserves it so much. I am so happy to have an individual in the building that responds fast and does take care of any problem tenants have ... .

Today on Thanksgiving he also responded to my concern about not having heat and he arrived right at 8:00am and took care of issue immediately. Without him as our maintenance manager I wouldn’t know what to do. Thank you.
