Look elsewhere
This place was recently sold, new management refuses to maintain anything, from building damage to snow removal. They have also raised the rent of every tenant 17%. All 1 bedroom units have Federal Pacific panels (a known fire hazard) and aluminum wiring prone to corrosion. The windows are all leaky, moldy single pane and only electric heat giving you a $200 electric bill in the winter.

Good College Apartment
the apartment complex is secluded. It tends to be hidden from the college scene. Only 5 buildings in complex. Right next to campus. Parking is limited. Inside the apartment is nice and spacey. There's one and two bedroom apartments. On site laundry room. A lot of closet space. The landlords fix problems quickly, but they do it themselves. It's a decent college apartment.
