Honest Review

I had the best experience with NORTHWOOD heights especially this being my first rental experience. The management and maintenance were friendly, thorough, and responsive. The property manager, Valerie, was amazing at her job and the nicest person ever. I was really impressed by the preventative measures they took including mice prevention and certain plumbing screenings in all of the apartments. The grounds were kept neat and presentable and really felt like home. My only critique would be to… the parking situation. I feel that assigned parking based on the location of your building should be enforced. Sometimes I would have to park pretty far from my apartment due to visitors parking in the resident parking spaces. Other than that, I feel that this is a great place to live and is also in the center of Newington, which has a lot of great restaurants and things to do.

Great Place to Live

I currently live at Northwood Heights and I’ve had a great experience so far. The apartment is clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the neighborhood feels safe. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and management is always professional and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend Northwood Heights to anyone looking for a solid place to live.

Highly recommend!

We have been living here for just over a month now and we love it! Very quiet and friendly complex, but not far from any nightlife! The property manager, Valerie, has been extremely attentive and friendly to us. The application process was quick and easy! Thank you Northwood Heights!
