Haviland Gates - APT
Just moved into Haviland Gates Apts after living in the western NY area. I work in Stamford and found that this apartment was the perfect mix of price and quality of apartment.
Positives
-walking distance to SoNo train line
-walking distance to main street bars
-close by the park and waterway
-Underground 2 car garage parking with space for 4
-very spacious apartment with backyard and grill

Awesome neighborhood!
I love this community. Its right near Washington Street amazing restaurants and walking distance to my nail salon and coffee shop. Not to mention the train station. I love having a small community of tenants in this convienent neighborhood. Definitely 5 stars!
