    Would never recommend someone to live here

    The noise between floors has always been bad, but has gotten worse in the past year. You can hear drawers opening, chairs moving, someone getting in and out of bed and footsteps in every part of the unit. We have to turn the volume up on the TV when our neighbors arrive home. How much you like this building is solely based off how loud your upstairs neighbor is.

    The recent change in noise is because the apartment management group decided to remove the carpeting in the bedroom. There is no    … minimum requirement for carpeting in the lease and there aren't even quiet hours listed in the lease. They weren't transparent with current residents about this change and could care less about the impact.

    As others mentioned, there are constant emails about picking up packages and dog poop. Issues with the elevators are weekly. Service has been responsive, but usually takes 3-4 requests for the issue to be corrected. They recently starting auditing cars for parking tags and placed numerous tow notices on cars.

    I would never recommend for someone to live here.
