Move in went well except parking. I was given a space which was occupied. I was told that it was my spot which later in the night turned out to be wrong and at that point the concierge was r

We love Stonehill, but our experiences between the first tour and the move-in was weird. Alexandra, who no longer works at the company, was our main contact as she gave us the first tour. She tucked at replying to emails and I remember feeling she gave us notice of certain deadlines 1-2 days before they were due. I was really surprised by how poor the communication was between us and Stonehill during those initial stages. It did make us question whether we wanted to live at the building. Now we... love it. But the poor handling of replies and of deadlines by Alexandra really had left a bad impression.
