WONDERFUL
I have lived here almost four years. I am disabled and have found this to be a wonderful caring community. The owners and staff are always there for you when you need them. I feel very fortunate to live in a home where I feel safe and cared for. Everything halls outside is kept very clean and grounds are beautiful year round. When ever I have had something break I just call and Ricardo the head of maintenance comes ASAP and fixes it. I am amazed at his expertise in so many things. My... refrigerator was making a noise one day and I called and left a message and he came and replaced a part and was done with in an hour and a half after I called. Another time my dishwasher wouldn't drain and I called Joe the property manager and he sent Ricardo right over and again he fixed it right away. I have found them to always take care of things immediately. They have pride in the property and keep everything impeccable. All the staff are very kind and helpful. Linda and Joe have gatherings for all the tennants about 4 times a year and they cook tons of great food for the events. The alarm company comes every year and tests the smoke and fire and emergency alarms in the whole complex to make sure they are working properly. As far as noise I have found it to be a quiet community during warm weather you do hear the wonderful sounds of children playing from time to time but never anything annoying. I can't see how anyone can complain about anything at Huntington Ridge or the staff as I have found them to always go above and beyond what is required. Another thing when I first came here to look at the apartment Joe showed me the exercise room perhaps the other person forgot but I saw it with my own eyes. As far as noise complaints if you own your own home and have complaints of this nature what do you do. You speak to your neighbors about the problem or call the police so why would this be any different. The rent is comparable to all apartment complexes in this area that are kept in high standard such as Huntington Ridge. Another thing when you move in Joe explains if you have Norwich Public Utilities turn the gas off for the summer it is free and you will save $14.95 a month on your utility bill and they turn it back on in the winter free of charge and check it then. The AC unit is outside and checked there which you may not see. You may call me to talk further about this fabulous community.

horrible
The landlord is a miserable man at times. It's either his way or not. Loud noise complaints never get addressed. The hallways smell of cigarettes. The carpets are dirty black as opposed to blue. They're never repairs done in the house. My garbage disposal was inoperable etc. I'm still looking for a fitness room. It's not worth the $1050 they ask for. Move somewhere better.

horrible
Let's start with loud noise complaints. We made seven in one week. Had to get local police involved. You call that after hours service and the facility staff never gets back to you. Rent goes up but their services go down, they blame taxes. No one has vacuumed the hallway in about a year. They done service the heating/ac system like they are supposed. I have asked for assistance with toilet, and it barely works. Garbage disposal, partially works. Tiles are popping up after 5 years in a... place you'd think they would do something. They once advertised a pool and a gym. But they may as well advertise a piece of equipment. At least they offer candy on Halloween
