No running water in unit
Visited my brother and he had no running water for two weeks. Had to walk across the street to shower and use the bathroom.

New ownership
Brentwood, now Renew, has been under new ownership for only 6 days and significant improvement is already under way. I am so excited to see the positive changes to come. The staff, Penny, Efrain, and Max are all phenomenal and clearly have a passion for helping others.

Looks can be Deceiving...
RENTER BEWARE: I’ve lived in a Taymil-managed building for three years and have experienced ongoing issues, including car break-ins, strangers sleeping in stairwells, non-functioning lights in common areas, and frequent fire code violations (I work in emergency management). Despite raising these concerns for months, basic issues remain unresolved.
I strongly recommend researching the property manager thoroughly before submitting an application. Best of luck!
