Love my one bedroom apartment. It’s a great location close enough to all the conveniences of Middletown but far enough away to enjoy the peace of Portland. The building has everything I need. As a single woman it’s nice to live in a space I feel safe in and the management team is always so friendly & helpful.

My wife and I are VERY enthusiastic about living at Brainerd Place. The property is well managed and immediately responsive to requests. Josh works as property’s Maintenance Technician and we cannot possibly heap enough praise for him. He is an EXPERT in the field, but beyond that Josh is amazingly cordial…always, always extremely friendly, warm and welcoming! He is part of an outstanding staff that have made this apartment complex a community. Josh, you have our THANKS!

I cannot say enough great things about Brainerd Place Apartments—this community is truly exceptional. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and thoughtfully built with high-quality finishes. The views are absolutely stunning and make coming home every day feel like a luxury experience.
What truly sets Brainerd Place apart, though, is the staff. Liz, Joanne, and Josh are all phenomenal—professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. They go above and beyond to... make sure residents feel comfortable, supported, and valued. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction.
My experience here has been nothing short of wonderful, and I feel incredibly grateful to call this place home. If you’re looking for a community that combines beauty, comfort, and outstanding service, Brainerd Place is it.

Moved to Brainerd Place in November and it has been such a pleasure! Management is understanding and evidently cares about their tenants. Maintenance is prompt and requests are completed quickly! Liz, Joann, and Demi have been amazing and tremendously helpful. Can’t wait to see what’s to come and would recommend to anyone looking for your next home!
