Luxury Prices for a Zero-Star Experience

If your dream apartment involves paying premium penthouse prices for the luxury of having absolutely no luxury, welcome home! The hallways feature a complimentary, rotating curation of skunk and weed aromas. Looking to host an epic pool party? Great, because our pool comfortably holds exactly three adults before it reaches capacity. We also care deeply about your health: there are zero grills or fire pits to protect you from the horrors of a tasty BBQ, and the gym is permanently "under… construction" so you never accidentally overexert yourself. Best of all, you can cancel your alarm clock! The buildings provide complimentary, full evacuation, earsplitting fire drills on random mornings before 10:00 AM.

The Verdict: You are paying top-dollar for a ghost town of broken promises. Do yourself a favor and move to an established community that actually builds what they advertise.

EXCELLENT Place to Live!!!

Hands down the best apartment I've ever lived in. The buildings & grounds are always clean, well-maintained, and you can tell the management team takes pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. The apartments are modern and very well designed with high end appliances. The management team is extremely attentive and they continue to do an excellent job with updates that really improve the overall look and feel of the Brainard community. Overall, it's a very safe and enjoyable place to… live and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a modern luxury living experience that won’t disappoint!

Love my new apartment :)

I recently moved into Brainerd Place and so far it has exceeded my expectations. The thing that's been standing out the most, is their maintenance technician, Josh. He has gone above and beyond in cleanliness, attentiveness and overall care. He is very efficient in handling and solving problems. I look forward to my future here at Brainerd Place!

Great place to call home

Love my one bedroom apartment. It’s a great location close enough to all the conveniences of Middletown but far enough away to enjoy the peace of Portland. The building has everything I need. As a single woman it’s nice to live in a space I feel safe in and the management team is always so friendly & helpful.

Brainerd Place's AMAZING STAFF

My wife and I are VERY enthusiastic about living at Brainerd Place. The property is well managed and immediately responsive to requests. Josh works as property’s Maintenance Technician and we cannot possibly heap enough praise for him. He is an EXPERT in the field, but beyond that Josh is amazingly cordial…always, always extremely friendly, warm and welcoming! He is part of an outstanding staff that have made this apartment complex a community. Josh, you have our THANKS!
