Hands down the best apartment I've ever lived in. The buildings & grounds are always clean, well-maintained, and you can tell the management team takes pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. The apartments are modern and very well designed with high end appliances. I recently moved into Brainerd Place and so far it has exceeded my expectations. The thing that's been standing out the most, is their maintenance technician, Josh. He has gone above and beyond in cleanliness, attentiveness and overall care. He is very efficient in handling and solving problems. I look forward to my future here at Brainerd Place!

Love my one bedroom apartment. It’s a great location close enough to all the conveniences of Middletown but far enough away to enjoy the peace of Portland. The building has everything I need. As a single woman it’s nice to live in a space I feel safe in and the management team is always so friendly & helpful.

My wife and I are VERY enthusiastic about living at Brainerd Place. The property is well managed and immediately responsive to requests. Josh works as property’s Maintenance Technician and we cannot possibly heap enough praise for him. He is an EXPERT in the field, but beyond that Josh is amazingly cordial…always, always extremely friendly, warm and welcoming! He is part of an outstanding staff that have made this apartment complex a community. Josh, you have our THANKS!

Josh promptly answered my request to fix my screen door that had come off the hinges. He had it fixed within an hour. He is very professional and so polite. I’m very happy with his work.
