This apartment truly feels like a dream — spacious, filled with natural light, and offering a sense of privacy that makes it feel like a New York City penthouse, but with the calm and quiet of a suburban retreat. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything you could want or need. There’s access to covered parking as well which is so convenient!

What really sets this place apart is the management. They are genuinely wonderful — professional, attentive, and clearly care... about both the residents and the space itself. The on-site maintenance team is friendly and incredibly responsive, always quick to address any needs. They even check in casually in passing just to make sure everything’s going well. It’s rare to find that kind of thoughtfulness and consistency in property management.

Living at Brainerd Place has been an exceptional experience—the apartments are spacious, bright, and far more inviting than photos can show. The location strikes the perfect balance between peaceful living and convenient access to nearby shops, restaurants, and scenic river walks. After considering multiple other properties in the area, it was truly the service, dedication, commitment to client care, and overall quality of experience that led me to choose Brainerd place. She was truly available for me and made the whole experience a positive one.

I am a new resident of Brainerd Place and I couldn’t be more pleased in my choice to live here. The staff are all so kind, especially Liz who goes above and beyond in all she does. My apartment is beautiful and the entire property is so nice. Great views and sunsets, so many restaurants and places to walk to. The parking garage and elevator are a wonderful plus with additional amenities still to come.
