111 Prospect St Apartments

I am a female tenant that lives at 111 Prospect Street. There have been trespassers that hangout in the parking garage directly under the building and it is an unsafe and uncomfortable environment. They're drinking, smoking weed, doing drugs, littering everywhere and I've been verbally harassed while walking to my car. I've had to call the police to get rid of these trespassers and it continues to be an issue. I've called and emailed Garden Homes Property Management and finally got a response... and all she said to me was she forwarded my complaint to the department that handles complaints because she doesn't handle complaints (the runaround). She could not give me a direct line of the person who handles complaints. She told me they cannot "police" people that come and go in the parking garage. I'm very upset about this situation because I just renewed my lease and I'm stuck living in an unsafe private property where Management does not give a crap about their tenants' safety or protecting their private property. Not to mention our washing machines are always broken and smell horribly so I have to take my laundry to a nearby laundromat.
