Even more, we are only two blocks from UCONN and Target on Broad street and the movie theater on Summer Street. Also we are down the street from the Ridgeway shopping plaza.

Additionally, we are only three blocks from the Mill river park where they have outdoor movies and Main Street and Washington blvd where they have concerts and festivals

The spare bedroom is perfect. And I am looking for a person (upper 30s+) interested in renting only a furnished spare bedroom, with a shared bathroom.
