Also, pets must ALWAYS be on a leash outside the apartment. Please keep pets from damaging beds/sofa/furniture. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200. Any theft or damage cause by you that leads to loss of revenue or incurred cost of satisfying a future reservation will be paid by you. Any lost keys, getting locked out, parking credentials or access card will be $150 per lost item to replace. You also agree to hang the parking pass from your car as it will be towed otherwise. If we receive any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine. Tampering with security devices or storage is a house rules violation that comes with an $500 fine and your instant non refundable termination of your reservation.
