Vaping or smoking marijuana is absolutely not allowed in the apartment or building, and any violation will result in a $1000 fee and immediate eviction. Lost keys, parking credentials, or access cards will incur a $150 replacement fee per item. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $50 fee, and exceeding two hours will be charged at the listing's base rate or weekend rate for the day without discounts, or $40 per half hour for less than two hours. Any group attempting to violate occupancy limits or quiet hours will be removed immediately. Tampering with security devices or storage comes with a $500 fine and instant termination of your reservation.
