If you want to smoke you must go out to the street, you may not smoke at the door. This violation will incur a $200 per day fee. No pets are allowed without prior authorization. If you are looking to bring a pet please contact us and let us know after booking. There is an additional pet fee of $20 for the first night, and then $5 per night per pet with a max of $75 a month per pet. If your pet causes any damage you are directly responsible. Also make sure to take pets out to designated bathroom area where doggy bags are provided. You are responsible for all messes made by your furry friend. Also, pets must ALWAYS be on a leash outside the apartment. Please keep pets from damaging beds/sofa/furniture. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200. Any theft or damage cause by you that leads to loss of revenue or incurred cost of satisfying a future reservation will be paid by you. Any lost keys, getting locked out, parking credentials or access card will be $150 per lost item to replace. You also agree to hang the parking pass from your car as it will be towed otherwise. If we receive any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine. Tampering with security devices or storage is a house rules violation that comes with an $500 fine and your instant non refundable termination of your reservation. Return the device to its mounting plate immediately. All guests must be declared on the reservation. The home has a $60 per additional fee. Not declaring guests will incur this fee. You may not have additional guest beyond the declared party size. This will incur a $60 per guest fee and may lead to your removal from the property.
