How Is This Rating Determined?

Most likely the Best Bang for your Buck!

Overall, I was pleased with my experience at Maple Court Apartments. I lived in a 1 BR apt for a total of 14 mos. The location is convenient - within a 5 minute walk to the Glenbrook train station, and a 2-3 minute drive to I-95. The area is quiet and neighbors friendly.

The only negative here is the elevator. Occasionally it's inoperable, which can be an inconvenience. However the building is only 4 floors and I lived on the 4th floor - so it's manageable.

Considering the location, space... , and rent - I'm hard pressed to believe there's a better deal available in Stamford.
