I'm kinda confused while reading other reviews?
THE MORGAN doesn't have any bug issue or mice issue and I've lived in both buildings and still do so I would of known.... very clean and the maintenance and management are very nice/ helpful
just read my other reviews.
This is a great place to live and I stand by it....

Mice running all over the place. Management will knowingly rent you an apartment that is infested with mice and roaches. They won’t do anything about it but provide you with cheap sticky traps. The mice are able to get off the sticky traps.

Maintenance employees are very rude. They don't do maintenance until multiple requests are made unless it's an emergency issue.

The heating vents make way too much of loud noises in middle of the night as if someone is hammering. They start the leaves clean up early in the morning and it goes on for hours. We can literally hear the people's voice from other apartments. You can hear the traffic, especially when the garbage truck comes in after midnight. I just don't get why the sound score is 75? It doesn't even deserve 40.

Beware - Rent is high for these Old apartments and worn-out equipment's are provided to resident. Water clogging especially in bathroom is too common. Apartments need renovation. At time of move-out maintenance team wants you to pay them as per their demand else they give wrong reports to management and you are charged for replacement of carpet etc.
