think twice!!!!!

this review is not for the location or the neighborhood they both are great, but for the management which basically is none existence if you need anything in your apartment you better pray for a long time before even thinking about reaching out to the lady incharge the manager who is not a peoples person she will not accept anyone in her office and will not tell maintenance to do their job she refuses to fix things and maintenace loves to hang out at their little maintanance hole while you have… needs in you apartment, this is the worst management you can find anywhere so you move in and pray nothing goes wrong because you are on your own in order for this place to get better the manager has to go asap!!!!!!!

Great place but some things are not right

I have a one bedroom and it's really spacious and nice. The only thing is that I've been sick ever since I moved in and I'm starting to think there's something in the apartment that's making me sick. I'm thinking its mold not sure . Also the manager that works in the office is really rude and maintenance takes months to fix an issue. It took me months for them to fix my oven and shower valves.

Work orders are usually delayed when a part is on order or tenant wants to be home and does not answer the door. We do our best to accommodate within reason to keep all our tenants safe and happy. Our Tenants love living here and love having good… neighbors and a good rapport with management.

We currently have new roofs, new windows, by this summer new lighting and upgrading laundry rooms.

Our apologies for your experience. Maintenance does their best to complete a work order within
48 business hours M-F, 8 am to 3:30 pm and at times parts must be ordered. We have not had mold at the property and hire a company to test if there… appears to be an issue. There may have been a misunderstanding with the manager, as there is great rapport between the manager and maintenance staff and our residents. Hope the matter worked out favorably.
