I’ve really enjoyed living here. It’s pretty quiet, and for the most part everyone just keeps to themselves, which I really appreciate. Having heat and hot water included is a huge bonus too!

The maintenance guys are also great. They’re always responsive, respectful, and willing to help when something comes up. Overall, it’s been a nice, peaceful place to live and I’ve had a good experience here.

Do not buy from these people. If you aren’t giving them money, they don’t care about your needs. Me and my boyfriend were about to buy an apartment in this complex. We decided not to go through with it for personal reasons and we have not signed a lease yet but we put the security deposit down. We gave notice that we weren’t interested after putting the security deposit down, and it is nearly impossible to get ahold of them to get our money back. They have lied to us saying a letter would come… with money, they have also lied about the money being deposited into our accounts. I’m just going to say they unprofessionally spent the $1300 we put down instead of putting the money down. Most unprofessional people to do business with. A spacious apartment set in the northwest hills of rural Connecticut. 2 large bedrooms, 1 bath. Up to date and well kept, with a full basement and laundry on premises it's easy to see that this apartment is a find. No need to shovel snow or mow the lawn as the maintainance department handles that for you. Beautiful views of the surrounding landscape and less than ten miles from dining and shopping, it's the best of both worlds.
