I have rented there from 2018 to September 1 of 2021 even though my lease was not up to the end of that month I still paid my rent I’ve always paid on time left my Apartment clean no holes in the wall no anything I did put a deposit down when I had first moved there in 2018 I left a forwarding address gave them my 60 day notice have not received my deposit back been trying to call for the last two months nobody ever calls you back nobody ever answers the phone I have tried numerous numbers .Yes… they are quick to take your rent check though need help Read More

I lived here for 2 years and once new management came in it became even more of a nightmare. The place is good if you need a cheap rent and you have pets and if you don’t mind living with mold and mildew and odor that sticks to your clothes and personal belongings. And management is totally unresponsive. They never answer emails or phone calls. It took me 2 months to get my security deposit back after I finally got in touch with a corporate office. Management changed hands early this year and I’m not impressed. I cannot get touch management at all. Extremely frustrating when I’ve sent 5+ emails and calls with not return but my rent money is withdrawn from my account every month with no issue. Really disappointed because it’s a nice area with great neighbors. New management attention to their residents is a deal breaker for me.

I lived here for years mostly because I got stuck here and couldn’t move sooner. Also I wouldn’t trust these five star reviews since management tries to bribe residents with gifts if they write a five star review. First off management is horrible if you can even call “management” any issue I brought up I felt like either was basically ignored or they half asked fixing the problem. They were supposed to put new roofing they literally just built a cheap roof over the already damaged roofs. They… were supposed to do “remodeling” on the balconies and literally just smeared paint on them didn’t clean them or anything first so of course the paint was peeling off in a couple of months and was a different color then the paint underneath so it looked even worse after then before they did anything and they didn’t fix any of the damaged wood etc. The apartment had no ventilation and all the walls were covered in a black residue which was probably mold. Staples sticking out of carpet, appliances constantly falling apart since they are ancient appliances probably from the 80’s or older. And our neighbors were horrible having parties in the middle of the week and screaming and yelling all night long I complained to management a number of times they said they would “talk to them” each time but literally there was never any improvement I don’t think management ever said anything to them. Woodbury Knolls laundry room is a nightmare machines constantly broken and it was a guessing game to see which machines actually worked and machines would constantly eat my money and not work. I’m pretty sure the apartment was haunted ..saw things levitating and things would randomly go missing then reappear and me and my boyfriend would see dark inhuman looking shadows outside. And our neighbors right next to us doing witchcraft I’m sure contributed to the weird things we were seeing, hearing, and experiencing. Honestly apartment looks horrible and everything is old and constantly breaks they don’t properly maintain anything I wouldn’t recommend renting here unless your only choice is either stay here or be homeless. Also manager clearly only cared about they money she was getting and didn’t care what conditions residents live in and doesn’t care about residents having problems due to covid.
