The best apartment building and community in DC!
I've really enjoyed living in this building. It's right across from the Woodley Park metro station on the red line, which makes getting around the city very easy. The neighborhood is great—there are several fantastic restaurants, cozy bakeries, and the zoo is just a 10-minute walk away.
The building itself has a lot of character, and the units are surprisingly spacious—something that’s becoming rare in DC. But the best part by far is the building staff, especially Santos and Seve. They go out… of their way to help, always respond quickly, and bring a real sense of warmth and community to the place. They're a big part of why I’ve loved living here.Review from Apartments.com
