I lived here for four months in 2022-2023. I moved out early because of a cockroach infestation. There are so many other problems, just do some research before you consider this place.

Place is ok. Amenities would be good if they worked as they should and were upkept more. I like the apartment but the cabinets look like they are about to fall apart. I’ve asked for them to help fix it but they never actually address the issue. I’ve done some fixing up myself. Also the pest, the only reason it’s gotten better is because I myself patched every hole I found and do my own spraying. A lot of potential but falls short in a lot of things.

Very nice a d friendly neighbors, the facility is really clean. The move-in process was streamline with no hiccups. My Leasing Agent, Chandler was particularly helpful in showing me around and assisting with setting up everything.

I was a tad disappointed that I wasn't placed in the original unit I requested as I was counting on that extra storage, but that being said the unit Im in is super clean and I can tell almost everything is new. It was nice being able to reserve a freight elevator during my moving process, it definitely made everything move a lot smoother. All the staff are super nice and friendly and accommodating and ive had a really nice experience here thus far.
