This charming, fully furnished two-story carriage house is a great extended stay lodging option. Walk to great restaurants, metro. It's literally in the heart of Washington DC, three blocks from the US Capitol. It makes for a very private furnished housing experience, whether short term or extended stay. The layout is open and flexible. Great private backyard.
Tons of historic character, great courtyard setting, and well off the main East Capitol Street. Two story carriage house with one bedroom and great open floor plan. First floor is open kitchen, dining, and living room with queen size sleeper sofa. Private backyard patio (completely fenced in) is directly off the kitchen.
Upstairs is an open bedroom with queen bed and a great workspace area with antique desk. Large closet next to a beautiful modern bath with marble floors and modern glass tile shower. Exposed brick throughout. Original hardwood floors in bedroom.
This carriage house is also available to be leased short-term(month minimum).
