The spacious living room is located off the kitchen and has west facing windows and access to a private balcony. The bedroom is nicely sized, has west facing windows, and two closets. The bathroom is nicely appointed with a large vanity, and a combo bath/shower.
The Potomac Place Condominium is part of a larger condo association complex. The complex has a gym (machines, workout room, weight room), pool, business center, and reservable common-areas for larger gatherings. The building is secure building with fob access. The main building (Potomac Park Tower - 800 4th ST SW) has a 24/7 concierge, which handles package deliveries.
This complex is located near the SW Waterfront Metro, a Safeway grocery store, a branch of the DC library, the DC Wharf, and many other local businesses and restaurants. The building is also located in close proximity to the Nationals Ballpark and Audi Field for the sports lovers!
There is a $50 application fee per applicant. The minimum lease term is for one year.
