No frills, but sufficient accommodations...

The Navy Yard is pretty amazing these days. My place is a no frills unit in a DELIGHTFUL neighborhood. This is not the building for you if you are looking for travertine, slate and granite installations. No stainless steel anything in the apartment either. No rooftop pool or snazzy gym either. Who needs all of this stuff if you're out enjoying the city?

The downside of the building is the office staff. Incompetent doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of adjectives. Overall, my occupancy... has been decent. This is the perfect building for you if you want to save money on rent, yet live near the metro, bars and the Nationals stadium.
