Unprofessional
I never write reviews due to me being in the same profession. However I’m am simply left no option. First off, staff changes like the time on clocks. The newest property manager was extremely condescending and rude to me upon our very first interaction. I use Flex, which is a rental payment option for residents to split their rental payments.First payment is due on the 1st and the second payment is due on the 15th. This is supposed to help residents avoid late fees. And with my pay periods it... assist me with paying all bills on time without facing penalties. I have never had any issues using flex until The Franklin Group took over here! My first payment was set up and place onto the flex account on the 25th of last month to be paid on the 1st. I received an error message from FLEX yesterday stating my payment was returned and to reach out to the property manager. When I arrived yesterday, the property manager was not there and I was instructed to get money orders for the portion of rent I was suppose to pay on Flex. And that I would be able to pay the rest on the 15 as initially scheduled. When I arrived with my money orders today, I was told by the property manager that she will not be removing the fee and I need to bring the entire amount of rent TODAY, what the point of having this payment option if it doesn’t work properly. Completely unprofessional behavior and is something I have NEVER subjected my residents to! My ceiling in my bathroom has had a hole cut in it from a leak in the unit above me by maintenance since DECEMBER!!! I ITS MARCH!!! I have followed up several times, With no actual update on when it will be repaired! The property is dirty and my neighbors constantly complain about mice! I live here because it is affordable in this economy! Having policy is one thing but having compassion and empathy towards others means EVERYTHING! Do not move here, I regret it daily !
