Takoma Village Cohousing is a vibrant multigenerational community of 43 households where members exchange support, work together to maintain the buildings and... grounds, share meals, and socialize. We welcome diversity and encourage ecological responsibility. We are self-governed and make decisions by consensus. Our shared common house includes a large dining room and kitchen, fireplace nook and sunroom, children’s playroom, TV and game rooms, workshop, office equipment, exercise room, and two guest rooms.
