An elevator has been out of service for multiple months.
Multiple maintenance requests for our unit have been acknowledged but not corrected despite the repairs being simple (e.g., replacing damaged blinds).
Maintenance cut a hole in the wall of our unit multiple weeks ago to correct a HVAC issue in another unit and have made no attempt to patch the hole.
