Quick maintenance and great communication. Welcoming front staff. Protective package system, very unlikely for things to be stolen. Love that there are community and DC events posted all the time. Neighbors in the apartment complex have also been very friendly. Feels like a home, and I feel like you can tell that the people who work here are compensated fairly, because they always have positive attitudes and seem to enjoy their jobs.

They seems to be nice and friendly, I've not really interact with most,but the few I've spoken to was very hospitable ,which made me feel welcomed to the community.

Overall, my impression is positive. Still, the maintenance really needs attention and improvement. Also, when preparing the apartment for new residents, please consider using a different interior paint. The deep matte currently used has no scratch or stain resistance and is easily damaged. A semi-gloss finish would be a better option.
You may also want to keep an eye on residents who violate the non-smoking policy, as it happens quite often. I can imagine it’s not easy to remove the smell once... they move out. Read More

i have been here at 909 for three months and it's been excellent so far. Maintenance has been prompt and concierge is so friendly. any time i have submitted a request it has been promptly addressed.

Concierge staff is phenomenal. The maintenance crew are nice too. The new property manager is making a difference. The cardio equipment in the gym is unusable and needs to be replaced. Thus the 3 stars. A gym membership is required.
