Overall, my impression is positive. Still, the maintenance really needs attention and improvement. Also, when preparing the apartment for new residents, please consider using a different interior paint. The deep matte currently used has no scratch or stain resistance and is easily damaged. A semi-gloss finish would be a better option.
You may also want to keep an eye on residents who violate the non-smoking policy, as it happens quite often. I can imagine it’s not easy to remove the smell once... they move out.

i have been here at 909 for three months and it's been excellent so far. Maintenance has been prompt and concierge is so friendly. any time i have submitted a request it has been promptly addressed.

Concierge staff is phenomenal. The maintenance crew are nice too. The new property manager is making a difference. The cardio equipment in the gym is unusable and needs to be replaced. Thus the 3 stars. A gym membership is required.

Been here 6 months and everything has been fantastic. Things work, staff is nice and every maintenance request we've submitted has been fixed in a reasonable amount of time
